Return/Exchange Policy
Returns Policy – Crusader Collectibles
At Crusader Collectibles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to industry-wide fraud issues, all Trading Card Game (TCG) products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Product: If you receive an item that differs from your order, or if it arrives in a condition that was not advertised, we will gladly replace the product (if available) or issue a full refund for the affected product if it remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- TCG Products: All TCG products are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products.
- Code Cards: Once sold, code cards cannot be reused, and as such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products.
- Single Cards: If a single card arrives in a condition different from what was ordered (e.g., receiving a Lightly Played card instead of Near Mint), you may request a replacement (if available) or opt for a partial refund based on the condition discrepancy.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate before completing your purchase. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal will incur a 20% restocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve received a refund notification but do not see the funds in your account within 72 hours, please contact your bank or PayPal. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@crusadercollectibles.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
Packaging and Product Condition
Please note that some collectible items may arrive with minor imperfections such as shelf wear, scratches, creases, dents, or other small marks. We do our best to select the best-conditioned items, but we do not offer returns or exchanges based solely on the condition of the box or packaging.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged products or if you received the wrong item. If you wish to exchange an item, contact us at support@crusadercollectibles.com for approval and further instructions.
